This is strictly security measure and all confidential to clients and such. At such times if you wish to purchase NSFW work you must first show legal ID's as per Texas State law. For any other legal jargon please read on.
Consent for Creative Crafts
Consent for Creative Crafts: I consent to receive digital, traditional, mailed Crafts and arts. No guarantee is being made to me about the results of the crafts. I can terminate my order of said crafts within my 6-month warranty limit.
Refund Policy: If the Commission has been started the commissioner will only receive a partial refund. There will be no refund given after 75% completion. In the event, a commission has not been delivered within the allotted time, they have the right to ask for immediate and express delivery. They can also negotiate the overall refund. If the buyer participates in a split payment option the rules apply the same. Taxes may be withheld due to a 3rd party payment system, (Paypal withholds fees even during a refunded transaction. I, the seller, will not refund this amount as its taken from a 3rd party payment processor.)
Split Payment Program: Certain art and crafts will not be viable to participate in this program. To receive the commission art and craft, all payments must be paid in full. Participating in this program may also void the time limit warranty of 6 months to offer time to the buyer for payments.
Artist to Commissioner Agreement: You/anyone does NOT have permission to edit/alter/color any unrendered or other artwork/products I have produced at any time without direct permission, or prior bought work made for this purpose.Creative.If you wish to buy artwork to be used as bases, prints, please discuss so with the Artist previously during quote session, or afterward
Upgrades are available for previous commissions.
Commons/PRINT rights: Under First amendment law I, the Artist, have the right to sell any work produced by myself. If your character is featured in said work you have the right to buy the creative commons to that work. Simultaneously if my personal creations/character are featured in work in question, you will have to pay CC rights for my creations featured in said work to own the full rights to the work itself under my own selling clause. ...>

Agreement to Pay: I agree to pay, Chaz The Panwere/Panwere Studios, aka Rose Hankamer, all charges for professional services. I agree to pay half of the final payment deposit upon cancellation after work has been started. I also agree to pay for depositions, court appearances, and contact with attorneys related to involuntary commitment, or underage purchase involving the paying customer in any way. I will be personally responsible for these charges even if my payment method with which Chaz The Panwere, has a binding contract, I will pay the allotted amount. I agree to pay for charges related to record retrieval, copying costs, PayPal issues, and statement of opinion when I authorize the release of records to any outside party. In the event of default, I promise to pay such collection costs and attorney fees as may be required to effect collection of the indebtedness.
Agreement of purchase via Banks, Cash, or other means: I authorize and direct payment under my official and Legal name to Panwere Studios or its designated professional staff.
For Digital Purchase Only: Buyer agrees to receive only digital copies of sellers' finished work. The buyer also agrees to receive them by email, or file transference.
For Traditional Purchase Only: Buyer agrees to pay all shipping costs unless otherwise stated. The buyer also agrees to provide a legal and honest address.
The Customer understands that:
1) The Artist has the right to use and or disclose copies of paid commissions via web prints or other.
2) The customer has the opportunity to review the following TOS and regulations.
3) The Artist has the right to change the TOS.
4) The Artist may inform the buyer at their own discretion of work in progress. Or can otherwise find samples at the “Work Que” Link. The Buyer has the right to ask for progress of work at any time.
5) The customer may revoke this consent in writing at any time and all future disclosures will then cease. Following the refund policy.
The invalidity of any provision of this agreement will not affect the validity of any other provision.
I have read this Agreement carefully before signing.
